Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LaundryVerse (“the Service”), operated by LaundryVerse (“we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

LaundryVerse is a multi-tenant SaaS platform designed for laundry business owners. The Service integrates with Loyverse POS to provide:

• Visual order tracking via a Kanban board
• Employee management with PIN-based authentication
• Multi-store dashboard and reporting
• Automatic syncing of receipts, customers, and items with Loyverse POS
• Subscription-based billing via Xendit

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

• LaundryVerse offers a 7-day free trial with full Business-tier access. No credit card is required to start your trial.
• After the trial, you may choose a paid plan: Starter (₱499/month) or Business (₱999/month).
• Payments are processed through Xendit in Philippine Pesos (PHP).
• Subscriptions renew automatically each month. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard; your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Loyverse Integration

The Service connects to your Loyverse POS account via the Loyverse API. By connecting your Loyverse account, you authorize LaundryVerse to access, read, and sync your Loyverse data (including receipts, customers, items, stores, employees, and payment types). We store your Loyverse API tokens encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM encryption. You may disconnect your Loyverse account at any time from your dashboard settings.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Not interfere with or disrupt the Service or its servers
• Not share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
• Be responsible for all data entered into the Service by you and your employees

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and content, is owned by LaundryVerse and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all data you upload or create within the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LaundryVerse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion, unless otherwise required by law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cebu City, Philippines.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
