How do I reset my password?

Go to the sign-in page and click "Forgot password?" to receive a reset link via email.

Can I use LaundryVerse on my phone?

The POS (employee) interface works on tablets and phones. The admin dashboard is designed for desktop browsers.

How do I add a new store?

Go to Dashboard > Stores and click "Add Store." Additional stores are billed per your subscription plan.

What happens when my trial expires?

After the 14-day trial, you'll need to subscribe to continue using LaundryVerse. Your data is preserved — just pick a plan and you're back in business.

Can I import my past sales or old records?

Yes. If you tracked sales on paper, in a notebook, in a spreadsheet, or in another system, you can bring them in from a CSV. Go to Dashboard > Receipts > Import CSV, download the template, fill it in, and upload. Imported sales count toward your reports and customer history, and the whole import can be undone in one click. Why does my per-kilo order only show one load on the order board?

A sold-by-weight item always creates a single load card, no matter how many kilos, because the kilo figure is a price, not a count of loads. To track the real number of loads, add a dedicated Load Counter item (priced at 0, tagged Drop-Off Indicator, not sold by weight) and set its quantity to the number of loads when you ring up. Each unit becomes its own load card on the board. See Understanding Service Tags for the full setup.
